Be Clear On Your Vision!

Do you have a vision of where you are going, what does it feel like? Are you crystal clear on your goals that you want to achieve? In order to have the law of attraction work for you these are two very important questions to ask yourself. If you do not have the vision of where you want to be from where you are today, then the Universe cannot conspire to assist you in getting there? The Universe will meet you half way but you have to start the process in your mind with specific, and repetitive thoughts. It is important to be very specific with details for example, if you are visualizing a trip to a far off exotic location, visualize the beach, the waterfalls, the activities you would be doing such as hiking, mountain climbing, experiencing the culture, etc. Work backwards and envision the end result in your head before it has manifested into your reality. Practice vividly and daily spending 5 to 10 minutes visualizing. Write about your visualization in your journal, this is a good way to track your progress. Visualization is nothing more than using your imagination. Creating that picture or a little film of yoursef in a place you want to be, doing what you want to do, having what you want to have, add sights, sounds, and emotions and engage all your senses and feelings. Act out your visualization in your mind. Find a quiet, relaxing space where you can take a deep breath, relax and concentrate inward. Once you are running this movie inside your mind, feel the visualization as it is happening all around you in real time. Rewind this mind movie in your head and repeat it over and over until it has become a reality. When this does actually occur in your personal reality it will feel second nature, you will not be surprised. An important note to keep in mind is that your desires and goals must be in alignment with who you truly are. They must be your true desires not someone else's wishes or desires that has been placed upon you. It has to come from that deep, soulful place inside. Also, the subconcious mind does not know the difference between reality and imagination. It will accept any suggestion you create, whatever you believe to be true, it accepts as truth. It does not reason things out like your conscious mind does. Choose thoughts that heal, inspire, and fill your soul with joy. Susan Trepkov is Founder of Inspiring The Masses Inc.
